While nobody ever wants to need endoscopy services, the overall experience both my wife and I had at AEC was fantastic. All the staff was professional and friendly. Appointment times are honored and always prompt. But the real driver for this review was the above and beyond support we received from Jen in billing. We had a fairly complex insurance changeover issue that resulted in a big tangled mess of claims, and she went way past the call of duty to contact both companies and sort everything out for us. Wow! There was no burden for her to get invested on our behalf, but she did. People like this truly make all the difference because while the procedure lasts only a day, dealing with charges can drag on for months.

I have never had a fun time before having a procedure, this one was "Amazing"! The atmosphere was great my prep nurse Ms. Mandy was great, very nice and compassionate! Christine, Kim, and Dr McNear were great as well. There was another nurse in the procedure room was nice as well, I don't remember her name. My overall experience was just great and memorable! Thank you all who made me feel comfortable, I greatly appreciate your kindness! See you soon!

Were it not for the prep, I'd schedule another colonoscopy JUST for the pleasure of experiencing Dr. Keith Fincher and staff (Christy: anesthesiologist Janice: Nurse and for the life of me I can't remember the nurse's name who took care of me from start to finish but she was simply a blessing. we spoke about Mash and The Andy Griffith site, so if she reads this, she'll know I'm speaking of her. I love her!!) This was surely a pleasant experience for someone who was a sack of rattled nerves coming in. I left groggy, but smiling ear to ear from all the compliments and love shown to myself and my husband on our 1 week wedding anniversary. We thank you all so much!! God bless each of you.

Dr. Roger Fincher & his team showed the highest professionalism, from the front desk to Noelle's care prior to my colonoscopy & Whitney's discussion of anesthesia, to post-op recovery. Outstanding leadership was present as the whole team worked so well together! I really appreciated all of their care and compassion. The printout of findings was easy to read, with clear instructions on 'next steps' and self-care. I loved their Saturday hours too!
