While Dr. Ozment's work as a surgeon was completely satisfactory, the manner in which his surgical practice, primary practice and satellite practice works is not. It is completely uncalled for to ask patients to wait for appointments 2 hours or more without explanation and on a regular basis. This also occurs in the surgical practice as well. Dr. Ozment should pay attention to the management of his offices, especially the scheduling of his appointments. It is quite obvious he is overbooked to the detriment of his patients - the majority of whom are elderly. He will not be recommended to others due to this office scheduling practice. There are plenty of other eye surgeons who treat their patients with more respect and more timely appointments. And no, we were not a Medicaid/Medicare patient.
