I paid for my visit in fulll... $250... then they sent me a bill for $150 saying the price went up and they should've told me before I left... definitely disputing my charges... they didn't even help me with my situation... terrible company

I don’t trust this staff to be able to wipe a nose, let alone care for someone. Can’t pick up the phone, don’t call back, overcharge for horrendous services.

Went to my first appointment and it went okay. Took blood work. Said we’ll have the results in a few days. Didn’t get a call about them until over 2 weeks later. Showed up to the follow up appointment which was about 1 month from the first appointment. The receptionist couldn’t find me in the computer and then proceeded to say I was given a call to reschedule because the Doctor was in surgery that day. I told her i never received a call to reschedule. Her coworker came over to help her and they said they were sorry but they had to reschedule for the following week because the doctor wasn’t in office. Not the best first impression. Will possibly change review depending on how the follow up goes.

Total incompetence at all levels. I scheduled the earliest available appointment, which was almost 2 months out. The week of my appointment, I was told that the doctor would no longer be there and asked to move to an earlier time that I could not make. I had to reschedule for a month later. The week arrives, and guess what: I was told that the doctor would no longer be there and asked to move to an earlier time that I could not make. I called the scheduler 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and never got a call back. I sent a message through their online system to ask what had happened and never got a response. What an incredible waste of time!

This is not a review of the medical services. This is a review of the administration. This office is not at all organized. My number was given as a back up number for my husband. They called me--not my husband--and asked me, "Mrs. Harrison, we are calling to schedule the MIR for your prostate." Considering Mrs. means woman and women don't have prostates, I knew we were off to a bad start. Every appointment and every communication was an exercise in frustration. They would say to leave a message and never get back, etc., etc. Finally my husband got his MRI and then a biopsy. Of course we are taking all of this very seriously. We go in for the appointment to learn the results of the biopsy--and no one can find the results of the biopsy. A few days later the doctor calls with the results. She drops the "cancer" bomb on him and starts talking about options over the phone. Then he starts researching and we talk it over when I get home. We realize he has more questions. We call back the same day, and now they say it will be another three weeks until we can talk to the doctor again. The nurses were nice, I'm sure the doctor is competent, but the admin for this place absolutely stinks.
