I have been going to Dr. O'Boyle for about 10 years and I think he is wonderful. He is kind and compassionate and listens to me when I have a problem. The staff is also kind. They make you feel very like you are a part of the family. I appreciate them all so much.

I’m giving this review for my dad… I brought him into the office to have cancer removed from his bottom eyelid area. He is a heart patient and started having some heart related issues so the surgery was put off because this is a caring team. We did come back for the surgery a couple weeks later and Dr Hendrix did an incredible job! He is very nice and was very thorough on the procedure. The whole staff treats you with care and compassion, I highly recommend this office and will use them myself in the near future!

I was impressed with Dr Davis when I attended an office visit with my mother. I experienced an eye emergency so based on that experience I went to see him myself. He is very knowledgeable and cautious when dealing with my sight. Great personality so that makes the visit pleasurable. He will now be my new provider for all my eye care. I highly recommend his services and the entire office.

I had an excellent experience at Professional Eye. Each section I went to I was treated with professional and caring attitudes from the staff. They (including Dr McDonough) ask appropriate questions and listened to my answers. Wait time was not bad, overall great experience.

If I could give this institution a negative point system review, I would give them negative 5. They do not listen to you but rather try to force and manipulate you to do their will. They were highly disrespectful and the very young and inexperienced physician that I saw for a whopping 2.5 seconds, since they could not be bothered to do anything that wouldn't fit into their preconceived narrative, went as far as to stumble in the lie he was trying to sell me. In my opinion, both the tech and physician were both arrogant, disrespectful and had zero bedside manner. If I am paying you for a service, I expect to be treated with respect and compassion. A know it all attitude does not impress anyone, let alone people who are older than you and choosing to spend both their money and their time with you. If you want kind, courteous service, my advice is to seek it out elsewhere.
