Hi Team, Thank you for reaching out and for the care provided during my recent visits. I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding my experience. I visited the clinic twice for microsuction to treat a recurrent ear fungal infection. While I appreciate the time and effort taken by the providers, I am still experiencing a sensation of fullness in the ear along with a persistent “suuu” sound, which makes me feel that some material may still be present inside. Based on my previous medical history, I have had similar fungal ear infections multiple times in the past. Typically, after a thorough microsuction procedure, I experience significant relief within 4–8 hours, with no residual fullness or sound. However, despite two visits this time, I have not noticed the same level of improvement. Because of this difference in outcome compared to my prior experiences, I feel that the cleaning may not have reached as deep as required, or that some debris may still remain. This has been a bit concerning for me, especially given my history with this condition. I truly value the clinic and the staff, and my intention in sharing this feedback is only to help improve patient outcomes and communication. Dr. Natalie Sciarrino saved my son's life!! I say that with the up most faith. I look my son to the ER because he would stop breathing at night and could not swallow his food. However since he was not 3 yet I was told I would have to put him on a waiting list until after he was 3.. started down the pipeline. The Dr I was referred to was booked several months out. I then started calling local ENT'S. I felt hopeless. My son was suffering. I got a same day appointment with Dr. sciarrino. After observation we both immediately decided it was in the best interest for my son to have his tonsils and adenoids were removed immediately. That following week we were scheduled for surgery at CHO. Another wonderful experience. From admins to surgery. Pac U to my son's recovery room was constantly contact. My son's recovery went extremely well. The bedside manners with the staff at the hospital all the way back to my son's follow up appointment at the ENT office. Everyone treated my son so nicely, very compassionate and very professional. When I say I will never go anywhere else I truly mean it. Im so blessed to have found such a professional practice that cares about their patients. Also having multiple locations makes it easier for convenience.

My first time I have visited this office and it was such a great experience. Everyone was engaging and answered all of my questions. Dr Eltahir was awesome, informative and supportive. I would suggest this office for anyone needing help for ear, nose or throat issues. I drove from Dahlonega to the cumming office and would do it again without hesitation.

Unfortunately Dr. Hoffman is retiring soon and i wish him the best, but i’m glad he was my surgeon for my operation. The facility is clean and nice and absolutely everyone is so friendly and attentive to your needs whether you are there in person or call after hours (like i did after surgery). I should up for all my appointments 20min early and regardless they took me in within 10min and i was out of there before i knew it with all my questions and concerns answered. I appreciate everything they have done for me. Recommended 100/10.
