The women working the appointment and check-in desk are EXTREMELY rude and nasty towards patients. There is no reason at all to treat people with disrespect like that, it’s ridiculous.

What is the problem with your administration? Dealing with Dr. Chen was great, surgery, office visits, all great. Dealing with the rest of the staff leaves much to be desired. The PA-C ordered a scan and it took months to finally get that accomplished. The lab said they didn't receive the order. We called and GU said they sent it. Back and forth over the phone 3-4 times to no avail. We advised GU the facility said they could call it in. We were told they don't do it that way(they fax). Uuuh, obviously, that's not working. One call will not "break the bank"; call it in, then fax it. It wasn't until our next follow-up something got done, because there were no scans to be examined. Someone should have even caught that. Look to see why a patient is coming in. "Oh, it's follow-up after the scan." Check for the scans, there are none. "Sir, no need to come in, we need to order your for a scan." Such incompetence. Finally, we're sent an hour away for a scan. Seventy year olds should not have to drive 2 hours round-trip because of your screw-up. That is only one problem we've had. The other issue... I can't. You are playing with people's health, cancer at that. This is totally unacceptable. If you need more help, hire some. If you need to evenly distribute workload, please do that. Have someone come in and study your operation for efficiency. Someone, somewhere is dropping the ball. GU, please do better. #bebest

I’m not sure if the negative comments are based off personal experience but today I was there for procedure with Dr. Chen and I will say thank you Dr. The lady at the front desk was welcoming but those women in the back Omgosh we’re so pleasant. My anxiety was so high but they were so comforting. Dr. Chen is so gentle and he even apologizes during procedures if he feels he’s doing too much. His nurse was so relaxing and she did everything to calm my nerves. I never want to go to any other Urologist after this experience. Thank you Dr. Chen. I truly appreciate his professionalism

They are ALWAYS behind. You can have a 10 am appt and wait until 11. How is it possible to open at 9 and be an hour behind at 10? You come here and it is guaranteed you will wait an hour Also, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. You literally have to go into the office to speak to someone

Great service just so difficult to make contact by phone. My husband is trying to cancel an appointment that was due an hour ago, so he might get billed like Steven did. I hope we don't have to go elsewhere.
