I had surgery at the surgery center. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. This was from the lady at the desk and everyone else in between until the time I left here. They never rushed me and explained everything that was happening. Two nurses were by side talking to me and calming my nerves until I was sedated. Awesome staff and doctor!!!

Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Each one I encountered showed so much concern about me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Husband had surgery here with Dr. Lewis. Amazing staff and Patty, the receptionist, was very friendly and outgoing. We were able to pay half of our co-pay. Very nice and clean facility.

It wasn’t with the Surgery center it was with one of there employees that called me the other day. Rude was not the word to describe her. The first words out of her mouth was “You have to give us $295.00 or you will not have your surgery. And she went on and on about how if I didn’t pay the money that I would not have my surgery. I told her I didn’t get my check until the 4th. And she told me that I needed to get with my doctor and reschedule my surgery date. That it was not going to happen unless I paid my copayment. I tried to explain to her that I had surgery there about 3 months ago and I paid $200 and made payments on the rest. And she said that she didn’t know who I talked to. But they didn’t do that!! And by that point I don’t care if they gave my surgery for free. I wouldn’t get my surgery there!!!!
