This is an update on a previous review that we did of the service. My wife started treatment in early December 2025 she was suffering, severe neck pain could not move her neck up or down or to the sides. She also had pain radiation up through the head. Basically, she was afraid she would never be without pain again. In the initial consult Dr. Smisson treated her with compassion and kindness. He assured her that he would do everything he could to diagnose her problem and treat it effectively. Subsequently, he’s given her two x-ray guided injections and she has had amazing results. Her neck pain has greatly decreased and she now has minimal head involvement. She also went from using 225 mg of Lyrica per day to 25 mg per day. We are happy with every aspect of her care and especially the continuing follow-up every couple of weeks.

Dr. Benjamin Smisson listens, follows through, and works with his patients. We’ve had multiple appointments for various procedures since he opened and have always been pleased with his knowledge, bedside manner and professionalism. As the wife of a walking quad, I am thankful for Dr. Smisson and we will continue to use him as long as necessary.

When I was experiencing severe shoulder pain, I was able to contact this doctor’s office and be seen the very same day. The doctor took the time to carefully understand exactly where my pain was coming from and provided an injection that worked wonderfully. He also followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was going well. I would absolutely recommend this office.

This is a very clean facility. The staff was so amazing. I was nervous about getting an epidural in my neck bc I had a previous Bad experience with a different Dr. They eased my nerves as soon as I walked in. Sabrina was so friendly when checking me in. Kiersten had me laughing by the time she took me back to the room. And Dr Smisson and Lynn made me feel very comfortable and constantly made sure I was okay during and after the procedure. I have to say I was very impressed. Even the manager Elonda was friendly and had me laughing before the procedure. 10/10. Dr Smission has sat down with me and gone over many options. He is determined to help me find answers. Thank you all for being so kind.

I have been in crippling pain to say the least and Dr Ben Smisson has been very helpful and is doing everything he can to help with my uncommon situation. I’ve had multiple surgeries and will have to have more, however he continues to work with me to keep my pain at a minimum. He has a wonderful attitude and is patient and listens to everything I describe to him. He has great compassion. His staff is the best. I’ve never met a staff like them they are so precious, kind and friendly. I feel like I’m visiting friends more than just another Dr. I appreciate each of them. Dr Smisson is also very knowledgeable and intelligent.
