As a whole, I really have liked this Drs office. I have been mainly treated with respect kindness and compassion until recently. I’m not exactly sure what is going on with the recent turnover in staff because it’s got to be something other than them just “ finding another job”. I love Brie and I love Dr Beecham along with the majority of the nurses. They have recently brought a DR back from another one of their offices that was closed down. I wish they wouldn’t have. ZERO bedside manner, condescending, won’t let you talk, need I say more? I left recently shaking my head as if what am I going to do? I can understand discussing health issues but what I cannot understand is putting words in my mouth and not allowing me to speak or go back and correct myself without being accused of being “wishy washy” when merely trying to explain. I do not appreciated being treated as I was recently by the “Dr they bright back to the canton office”.

It is rare that I offer a review of any business, but the outstanding treatment and health improvement I have experienced as a result of my work with Georgia Pain Associates (“GPA”), Canton, GA, is worthy of review and much more. As a sufferer of chronic pain, I have been treated by GPA for some time, now. They put my wellness and care above everything else. They educate me on my treatment and make ABSOLUTELY sure that I understand what is offered, what are reasonable alternatives and why. Not all treatment providers do this! At GPA it is standard operating procedure! Any business is only as strong as their people and the team at GPA is simply phenomenal! I have often asked if I could work with their recruiters for my staffing needs since they always seem to attract and develop the best and the brightest. The shiniest star in that galaxy is Brei, the Clinical Manager. Brei seems to effortlessly combine the highest degree of professionalism with patient progress, while maintaining kindness, an awesome sense of humor, and a sincere dedication to her patients’ well-being, both physical and emotional. It’s important to keep in mind that GPA patients are, by definition, experiencing discomfort, sometimes severe. Through no fault of their own, they can be a difficult group to treat. Brei makes that challenging part look easy and second nature, because, honestly, it is her nature. I give a heartfelt, genuine five-star recommendation to the entire team at GPA, and to one star, in particular, their Clinical Manager, Brei.

The absolute best pain management doctors and staff I have ever had. All of them treated me with the most respect and all of them had smiles on their faces. Every visit has been the best and the staff truly care about their patients and provide the best care! If I could give them 100 stars I would!

I had a great experience during my recent visit to Georgia Pain Associates in Canton. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued and well-cared for. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and they handled my check-in quickly and professionally. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and my wait time was very short. Dr. Ovez took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He explained my diagnosis and treatment options in a clear, easy-to-understand way, and never made me feel rushed. He and Dr. Beecham’s compassionate and reassuring bedside manner made a huge difference in my experience and recovery. Overall, the entire staff works together like a well-oiled machine to provide exceptional patient care.
