The professionalism, care for the patients and joy displayed to their patients and amongst each other staring from the front office to the back office, was top-notch! I had foot surgery on November 26 at the Augusta surgical clinic. First of all, let me say that the people at the Augusta surgical clinic to include the lady at the front desk. I’m getting older. I don’t remember too many names, After having left the children’s hospital to be with my grandson, perhaps the people at the Augusta surgical clinic can give them pointers on Customer service From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out the door everyone and I mean everyone introduced themselves and made me feel at home. Mallory, Dr. Dupree, Dr. Henry, anesthesia, the nurse that started my IVs. I remember she has two daughters, and my recovery nurse. This team made me feel at home, lessened my anxiety, and kept me and my driver informed. So if you’re having foot surgery, go to the Augusta surgical clinic 915 Russell St. you’re gonna feel like you’re at home! Thank to a magnificent team And yes, if I know anybody that needs foot surgery or colonoscopy, they’re gonna be my go to for family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving everyone and thanks again for such a wonderful experience!!!

Simply can't say enough good things abt this facility! Went in today for a colonoscopy, & the staff made it as pleasant an experience as this procedure can be. I was there less than 2 hrs total (& I arrived early for my appt). Everyone I dealt with (check-in, nurses, anesthesiology staff & doctor) was kind, efficient, & professional. They made sure I was comfortable, (bringing me several warm blankets!), & kept me very aware of what was happening through every step. I will definitely choose Augusta Surgical Center if I need any further services in the future.

The most professional and efficient staff I have ever encountered. From check-in to checkout, all the staff cared for the patients as if they were family. Dr Lal was my doctor for the procedure, but they also had Dr. Brown. Both doctors visited each patient before their procedure to ensure everything was going well for them. Thank you for making that day as great as it could be!
