The lady who checked me in was super nice. The other two behind the counter liked gossiping about patients so I just threw my headphones on till I was called back. Dr. Shah was absolutely amazing. I explained to him as a vet and retired Law Enforcement Officer I have had back pain for many years and my old Dr. Kept throwing Morphine at me and not addressing the issue. I told him I stopped the Morphine cold and he understood what I was going through and got me hooked up with an injection exactly one month later which is amazing seeing as they have so many people coming. I love that he listens and is willing to do whatever he can that doesn't go against what you want. I was done with pain pills and being pushed out the door so he didn't even discuss that as an option. His PA that comes in 1st was also super cool young man. Wasn't trying to rush and listened to my issues so Dr. Shah could address them better. Great group over there. Just wish the two gossip girls would gossip in private as no one cares to hear about how annoying other patients are. I mean everyone in there is in there because of some type of pain. Cut them some slack. It's your Job.

I consider the services shared with me at Alliance Spine & Pain Center to be of highest quality and the conversations and attention always satisfy my needs and concerns. Rachael expands my knowledge and understanding of my pain treatment and each visit to the office connects with previous ones and she works with me in building a course of treatment that is effective. With her oversight I'm having a life that has manageable pain with taking medication when I need it and being more in control of pain myself. I look forward to office. visits and know that I can contact her and the ASPC office if I need between visits. I also appreciate the support from the texting staff between appointments. Rachel is an excellent doctor. I have confidence in her handling of my case and am grateful that she takes care of my case.

My wonderful Otho Surgeon, Dr. A refferred me and I'm satisfied with their treatment and services. whole team that I've encountered has been prodessional and courteous. The nurses are patient and are attentive to your triage acessment. Ms. Erin is wonderful, she listens and are attentive to your questions while providing you with thorough information regarding your treatment plan. The staff are professional & courteous. Dr. Jorge Alvear is also professional & very respectful. He is also attentive to my concerns. I recommend Alliance Spine pain management at 3152 Perimeter Parkway Building 2 Suite 1 in Augusta Ga. I am positive all of the Doctors are great but Dr Alvear is my Dr and I know he is a great doctor! Peggy Pounds January 3rd 2026
