Go somewhere else. The wait time is almost 3hours and they don't make any announcements. I asked the front clerk is this normal..She said yes..will not be back
Went in for an MRI last week. I was called the night before to make sure I knew where to park and how to check in. When I checked in, I only had a 5 min wait before going back to my procedure. Since I was having contrast, I was concerned about how well the IV would go but the gentlemen did a great job. The other gentlemen performing the MRI was equally professional . What a great experience.
Not impressed. Scheduled a first visit (new patient) for a complete physical and labs for my husband. He got there, and they did a limited office visit and no labs, no exam. WORTHLESS waste of time and money. Then when I called, the front desk argued with me about it, although the mistake was theirs.
Okay experience. I call in to schedule an appointment for an MRI. They take me to a room to get an x-ray. I tell them I already got an x-ray at another ortho location. I want an MRI. I was very frustrated. When I called in I informed them of knee and ankle pain. They only documented the knee. I then ask to speak to the doctor. He comes in. Explains to me very politely that getting an MRI without a prior visit would make it an out of pocket cost. And to get it covered by insurance he would have to refer me. Fair enough. He explains he will have to get an x-ray of my ankle done since I had not had one before and that if he couldn’t find anything he would order an MRI. Decent work. Review is not so much a representation of the doctor as it is the low-level, unqualified non doctoral staff at this Emory orthopedic location
The female at the front has an attitude problem. I've been coming here for years to pick up my elderly mother's Rx and she gives me a hard time. She has seen my I.D at least 10 times. Seriously!?!?
