Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place .. Procedure was good staff was very nice. Not one bad word about them. That's when this NIGHTMARE started!! Since I got it done, I am being harassed by multiple different billing departments with suspicious bills and collection agencies. I paid all I was asked for last July. Confirmed it with my insurance and the provider as well. Since then non stop calls for made up bills and debt collection threats, I have probably paid 5-6 different extra bills by now Could not advise against this place enough..

Absolutely amazing experience. As a healthcare professional myself, I was incredibly impressed with the efficiency of the office, as well as the courteousness of the staff. Everyone was great from check in to check out. Would definitely recommend AGA for any gastrointestinal needs!

Definitely a 5 star experience. From check in to check out felt well cared for. Dr Galvez is the most compassionate doctor that I know and appreciate his wonderful bedside manner and excellent care. He explained everything from today to me and my family that was present in a kind and easy to understand way. We appreciate him so much.

I have been to this facility multiple times over the years. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. I am a healthcare worker in a procedural area so I know first hand how things should run while getting a colonoscopy. First, arrival at the front desk the young lady was on her phone and acting like I was bothering her. Secondly, the tech/nurse that started my IV was terrible. I start IV’s as a nurse so I know what she did wasn’t necessary. First she tied the tourniquet so tight that it caused so much pain. Then she left it tied while she went to search for a larger gauge IV. My fingers were turning purple and my fingers were tingling. She also kept slapping the area where she was about to stick. I actually have large veins. You can see them without the tourniquet. This was not necessary and when I said it was too tight she said it has to be like that. I am posting a picture that shows where the tourniquet was. 12 hours later I still have a line and it is beginning to bruise. After my procedure my recovery nurse, Lori, was very unfriendly. I woke up pretty quickly and she was sitting on the chair in the room on her phone not even watching my vitals. I asked for a warm blanket and she said I was about to get dressed and leave. I didn’t receive and single post procedure instruction. I have been through this several times and really didn’t need them, but for other patients this is not acceptable. I have never been treated like this as a patient. I wasn’t even offered a snack or drink post procedure. I absolutely love my doctor, but I will not come back to this facility to see her.
