They have done the procedure very nicely and smoothly I have two procedures endoscopy and colonoscopy it was great experience the staff was very kind and helpful their attitude towards patients is very nice.Dr sumana moole is a very gentle lady he speaks with you and answers your questions.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sumana Moole and her team. From the start, they made the process of my endoscopy and colonoscopy smooth and stress-free with clear prep instructions, reminder calls, and even insurance follow-ups. Dr. Moole met with me right before the procedure to ease any concerns and again immediately afterwards to explain what was done. I also received a follow-up call with results and next steps, which I truly appreciated. Because of her thoroughness and clear communication, we were finally able to discover the root cause of my discomfort. Dr. Moole and her staff were professional, compassionate, and highly organized. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a thoughtful and skilled gastroenterologist.
I had a colonoscopy earlier today and have all positive things to say. Everyone there was so kind and patient and friendly. My doctor, Dr. Sangha is great. All the nurses, anesthesiologist, medical assistants, everyone made me feel well taken care of.
Well, nobody wants to get a colonoscopy, but if you're due for one, you absolutely want it to be with a team like the folks at Georgia Endoscopy Center. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. The front desk made the paperwork quick and painless (rare, right?), and JJ was incredibly warm and helpful, ready to assist with anything I needed. Now, IVs are usually a problem for me, lots of poking, fishing, and frustration. But nurse Ellen is a total pro. One quick, gentle stick and it was done. I barely felt it. She gets the "Bullseye Award" from me, no question. The anesthesiologist was amazing and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered my questions, including a few I didn't think of myself. She made me feel completely at ease and clearly knows her stuff. That kind of confidence goes a long way. Dr. Moole was also fantastic. I feel lucky to have found her. She doesn't talk down to you, she talks WITH you. Calm, clear, and kind. She explained what was going on, which makes a big difference when you're feeling a little apprehensive. Before I knew it, I was waking up and ready to go. Everything went so quickly and smoothly, I honestly wondered what I’d been worried about. Again, I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff and facility. I’ve had several of these procedures done elsewhere before, so I can compare easily. This team goes above and beyond. If you’ve got to get something like this done, I highly recommend doing it here.
Dr. Sumana Moole is rude, condescending, and lacks bed side manner. I am giving these two stars solely bc of my experience with Ellen and Destiny. Who tells a patient they have an attitude because I asked questions about documents she (doctor Moole) wanted me to sign. It is the doctor’s job to go over risks and just because I want to read the document and ask questions about risks, doesn’t mean I have “an attitude”! What type of doctor tells a patient they have an attitude before a procedure?? I am a customer, I am paying for this, this is not a favor and human beings have a right to ask questions about their healthcare. That’s the problem with these western doctors and healthcare overall in America. SMH. She could never be my doctor again. I hope she learned her lesson today.
