Went for a WWV and wasn't allowed to ask any questions, was told I needed to make another appointment to speak with the Doctor. Never received any of my test results and all messages to the office were never returned. Very disappointed. Actually feel like this was a fraudulent visit.

I first want to say that I had been seeing Dr Nwaubani for about a year for a Urogynecologic problem. She performed surgery on me and it all went well. She and her team were always very nice and I always felt very confident and comfortable with every test and procedure done. I went for my BHRT pellet insertion last month. It was my 3rd one. From the moment I walked in the door everyone seemed stand offish. I got to the room and every thing was set up as usual. Dr Nwaubani came in with a nurse she said was going to be working there and she was training her to insert the pellets. I laid on the table on my side and Dr Nwaubani stated “move your ass to the edge of the table”. I thought she was saying it jokingly, but then repeated louder “I said move your ass”. I knew then she wasn’t joking. I let her and the nurse do the procedure. I asked her about labs and she told me to ask the Medical Assistant and walked out. My husband called me and I was upset about what she said. While I was on the phone Dr Nwaubani opened the door and asked why I hadn’t left yet. I told her I was leaving. I asked the MA about the labs and she said it would be addressed next visit in January. I will not be returning! I refuse to be treated this way again. I will be finding somewhere else to be charged $500 for BHRT and then have my insurance be charged for an office visit for 30 minutes when she was only in the room for 10 minutes.

Listened to my concerns & addressed all of them patiently & with recommendations & reassurance. I felt comfortable in an uncomfortabe situation due to the wonderful staff & Dr who were not averse to humor. I welcome more help & info as needed!
