Everyone at Baptist Health treated me with kindness and explained what would happen every step of the way. Nurse Jennifer Miller made me feel at ease as did Dr Grimm, the anesthesiologist. Dr Michael Schwartz was my surgeon and was kind and gentle. I was very nervous but before I knew it the whole thing was over. Everyone at the facility was kind and professional. But if you were lucky to get Jenny for your pre-op, was extraordinary. She made you feel like you’re were at home. I didn’t have time to be nervous because we were too busy becoming friends. She makes you feel like you have known here your whole life. Thanks Jenny. ❤️

My visit today was far better than any experience I’ve ever had at any other surgical center I have been previously. Upon arrival, I was checked in immediately by a very friendly, polite staff member. She quickly got me checked in with ease, all while having a smile on her face and speaking kindly and working efficiently. My nurse went over all my history, provided positive information and checked on me frequently, keeping me updated on the process. Lastly, my recovery nurse was very nice and prepared me for discharge. I would give the facility and the staff a 10/10.
