Nurse Betty and nurse Carrie were so wonderful and so friendly. They also heat up the socks and blankets before they give it to you. I was treated very well and they had great music playing. I had such a great experience. I would come here again. I’m glad I waited to come to this facility. I forget the anesthesiologist name but she was also wonderful and humorous. I Was very relaxed. Thank you for everything!

This review is only in reference to the front desk woman, with long black wavy hair, on July 6th, 2023. She could truly use some training on how to be more hospitable to patients. She is not friendly at all, actually she is expressionless. She does not explain the paperwork or questions when asked. Some people may need a little extra compassion and explanation at times. Another woman was so kind to explain what was needed on the paperwork as the front desk person simply ignored the question. Also, constantly yelling out patient ready is off-putting. When using proper etiquette, people are addressed, in a kind way, by their name. I am sure she just does not know any better, however, just a few simple courses on proper etiquette, compassion and common courtesy would go a long way and help her improve in her patient facing role. Again, this review is not in reference to the facility, doctors or any care received.
