Unethical and possibly fraudulent billing department! I have seen others complain about the same thing - they force you to pay even if you have been pre-approved for a FULLY covered procedure by your insurance company. Then they will delay, delay, delay in refunding your money. I will be reporting them to the State oversight board.

You people are amazing. Every single person I encountered here, from Tammy at intake to Beth at discharge was exceptional! Brenda put me at ease right away & Desiree reassured me I was in the best hands when the procedure began. Apologies to Kelly , who had to educate me on the importance of knowing why I was there, sorry if I seemed a little short, but medical "mumbo jumbo" as I call it, confuses me. Consider me educated. Thank you. I am 100% better today than yesterday. THANK YOU ALL.
