Everyone at Baycares' Trinity Oaks Surgery Center were AWESOME! From check-in to discharge everyone was very pleasant, curious, and helpful! The Anesthesiologists Dr. A and Dr. O were very professional and went over everything with me about my anesthesia and what to expect. My doctor, Dr. Stephinewski, came and seen me before and after my procedure and discussed everything with me. I wish I could remember everyone's names that took care of me. I know Jill did an excellent job with my IV, Danielle was my nurse helping out my doctor during my procedure, Liz was my post op nurse. All my nurses were wonderful and all need recognition! Thank you all!!

I cannot say enough good things about this surgery center. From the moment I arrived, the registration staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I was very anxious, and the nursing staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt calm, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. Their kindness truly meant so much to me. The anesthesiology team was exceptional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and help ease my fears. I never felt rushed once only supported. I am extremely grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this surgery center.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility as well as the staff ! Carol and Kayla were very nice to me and very attentive. The whole staff was very efficient, from the sweet lady who called to set up my procedure (she answered all my questions) to the lady who signed me in! They called the next day to check on me, as promised and thanked me for choosing their facility. Everyone was very respectful and patient with an old lady . I highly recommend Bay Care Surgery Center.

AMAZING simply does not cut it. Wow on every level, from entrance to exit. The welcoming nurse was kind and pleasant, follow up doctor Chelsea prior to procesure was superb, to Emily and finally the 1 & ONLY amazing and absolutely stunning Dr Stefanowski. A colonoscopy procedure went amazingly perfect thanks to this team. The place is IMPECCABLE, and yes yes surgery center are supposed to be like this but this one IS OVER AND ABOVE. Everyone was fully awake and on the ball at 6 am. Bravo, keep this place as superbly amazing and perfect as experienced today. Thank you all for your exceptional care, empathy and kindness !
