After years of coming here... I just give up. If you show up on time, they can take 30+ mins to see you... you might be there for 1.5 hours too while a student sees you and what not. Showed up one time 15 mins to the dot late and they couldn't see me. Like really? That was just the tip that finally made me quit, i was only there for a refill because they insisted I go...the doctors are good overall but the system is awful. When you call you have to deal with ai system first that totally sucks... anyways for primary care all the hasle is just not worth it...maybe for specialized care Ill come back but for now just switching to baycare

Have had several good experiences, but today I booked an appointment through the portal and I got a rude call from the administrator telling me I shouldn't have done that with that specific provider because he isn't taking appointments. Then she hung up on me when I asked a question. If he was wrongly listed as available, that was your mistake, not mine. Don't be so terrible to other people, especially for something that's not their fault. I will still wholeheartedly recommend their ENT department because they are awesome

Sadly after over 30 years using USF I have slowly started to change doctors and go outside of thier medical network. They are overbooked, they treat you like cattle move you in and out as fast as possible, don't answer messages in your chart, completely non-responsive. With exception to two fantastic doctors that I love and plan to stay with until they are no longer with USF, in the future I will seek my specialty medical care elsewhere. So overbooked that even a 30 year patient looing for a specialty appointment can be told we can accomodate you in 8 months to a year. How can managing staff not see what is happening and take corrective action. Sad to see a good thing end but a person can only take so much.

Husband had a 8 am appt, at 9:30 I asked why the color on the wall didn't change, they said that there was a delay with first appt, said be 11,well around that time finally someone came to tell me ,it would be 12:30,was upset because my husband back hurts him badly and laying in bed being ignored for 4 hrs, upsets me. well ask again at around 1:30 why the chart on the wall hasn't changed, finally got a nurse to talk to me again after asking again, I told them I was wondering why it hasn't changed ,they said he was in surgery now, just now ,so we arrived at 7:30 am and didn't leave til 6pm,had an hour and half drive home. Our experience sucked, now I feel for the people who get forgotten or slips in the cracks, have to do better people have to better

I always have a good experience here. The wait depending on your doctor most of the time is good. The wait can be long sometimes. Check in online does make it faster but still a pain. I would recommend parking at the 2nd floor parking garage. You can then take the sky bridge to the building which makes it free and getting in and out of the building easy.
