I was there with my wife for a procedure.The check in was streamlined and the people at the desk were very polite.I called a couple of times to check her progress.They gave me solid updates.When I went to pick her up, they were very caring.Both for myself and my wife through the entire process, I would recommend it to anyone

My daughter's surgery went well but the doctor and anesthesiologist were not friendly to me or my child at all. They were both very dry and to the point with me and my daughter. I wouldn't have a problem with their dry personalities towards us if I didn't overhear how personable and friendly they were with other patients. The staff that worked under them were pretty nice though. But if I could go back I would not have trusted this facility with my daughter's care.

We had an excellent experience at this surgery center. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and clear with all the paperwork, which made the check-in process smooth and easy. The nurses were outstanding. A special thank you to Nurse Nate, who provided exceptional care for our three girls during their surgeries. He was attentive, compassionate and helped keep them comfortable. The rest of the nursing team was just as wonderful. They kept us well informed and explained everything we needed to know in detail. The entire process was very efficient and well organized. We arrived at 8:30 and out by noon. I also appreciated the follow up call the next day to check on the girls, which was very thoughtful. We were very pleased with the care and service we received and highly recommend this surgery center.

Staff was very rude. Appointment for procedure for wife was for 10:30am. Showed up at 10:00am. Been waiting almost 3 hours and still not taken back. Asked for staff to check and see when she would be taken back and she just went back to her desk and sat down. Then she got short with me when I asked again if she was going to check. She realized quickly that getting short with me was not going to go well. Will NEVER let anyone talk down to me.

My eyelid surgery was scheduled for 9 am 12/2/24. I flew my sister here at great expense to help me when I couldn't see nor drive, but when we arrived at the facility, the receptionist insisted I had cancelled the surgery appointment. I most certainly had not. Someone had called me the week before to tell me my insurance would not cover their $700+ fee, and we briefly discussed my having the surgery at their Brandon location if my insurance would cover surgery there. That was not feasible datewise, as I would have no help then. I clearly stated that I wanted to keep the Dec. 2 surgery date. This mix up caused a lot of expense and inconvenience, and no one has called to apologize. I'm glad others have had good experiences here, but I certainly did not.
