I recently had surgery at Florida Springs Surgery Center, and I can’t say enough good things about the amazing team who took care of me every step of the way. From check-in to recovery, the experience was smooth, reassuring, and handled with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Brenda at Registration started things off with a warm welcome and made the check-in process quick and stress-free. She was friendly, helpful, and set a great tone for the day. RN Rachel and RN Debra and Tracy were phenomenal in pre-op. They made me feel calm, thoroughly explained everything, and were so kind and attentive. Their compassion and expertise immediately put me at ease. RN Kat and Felicia continued the same level of excellent care. They were incredibly supportive, comforting, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. Their presence was so reassuring before going into surgery. Scrub Technician Kathleen was professional and efficient. It was clear that she was highly skilled and played an essential role in keeping everything running smoothly in the operating room. Anesthesia provider Jonathan was amazing. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, making sure I was comfortable and informed. I felt completely safe in his care. Finally, Recovery Room Nurse Debra took excellent care of me post-surgery. She was gentle, encouraging, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed and that I was feeling well before going home. This team truly went above and beyond. They were not just skilled professionals—they were kindhearted people who made what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt safe and even uplifting. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would recommend Florida Springs Surgery Center to anyone needing surgical care. Thank you all!

Brought my friend in for surgery, the staff in the back is amazing and the dr is fabulous. I gave three stars because the receptionist is unprofessional and rude. First she didn’t bother reading notes in the file and caused my friend anxiety. Ok, maybe she’s having a bad morning. Nope just an unprofessional (insert word here). Then when my friend was in the lobby, she was talking to her co worker about the payment plan my friend is on. What nailed her coffin was when she said for all to hear….well I’ll be surprised if the dr ever sees that money. As a receptionist that’s not your business and your rude letting the whole lobby hear you

First time visit for me for day surgery at Florida Springs Surgery Center. I have to give the entire staff 5 stars. From the intake staff to the nurses , the anesthesiologist, and to my surgeon it would be impossible for me to have a better experience . Every single staff member made me laugh at one point or another. Some several times.5 stars all the way for this team. Thank you 🙏🇺🇸⚔️🎯🗽❤️🥳

Staff was wonderful, informative and amusing. Facility was clean and bright. Special thanks to Brenda, Maryann ( who was hilarious, you were right I do not remember falling asleep on your shoulder ), Karen And Max. And of course the young man who put me to sleep you all were amazing. I’ve never left a review for a surgery center before , I’ve been to a few, so that should tell you how good you were.
