The door greeter has made multiple remarks to "smile more" I find this extremely distasteful and unprofessional. No one wants to smile going into surgery and I'm SURE he doesn't make the same remarks to the male patients or pick ups. I am not there to look pretty for the door greeter I am there to pick up my family member from a medical procedure. This behavior is concerning and makes me wonder if this individual should even be around patients who are in a vulnerable state. They are very disorganized in general, they don't know when someone is there to pick up or when their patient is ready to be picked up.

My first time at the location,covid is not a big thing now, there are other things one get catch, lot's of other clinics stop the mask and waiting rooms are opened. Don't understand way still the mask and waiting room closed. Not everyone is going to drive away and come back to pick someone up. Some stay at the parking lot. So now if that person needs to use the restroom they have to go to wawa. Not fair! Other then that it was ok.
