Had a procedure on my shoulder yesterday at the surgery center. Alma was my check in nurse for my pre op and the day of surgery. She was a delight! I rate this experience with the nurses and doctors as exceeds a 10! Great care and compassion!!

It's the Friday before my Tuesday procedure. I was not called or given any kind of time or any correspondence from the surgical center whatsoever so I decided to call. The lady with an attitude laughed and said we will call you Monday afternoon less than 24 hours from the procedure to give you a time..... Very interesting considering the fact that I'm having to line up a ride to get this whole thing done.... You want to give me less than a 24 hours notice to come in be put under and line up a ride to not only take me to and from the procedure but to stay with me for 24 hours with less than 24-hour notice? How completely unprofessional and full of yourselves are you? Your entire job serves to help and treat other people and this is how you conduct your business? What an absolute joke. I'm canceling my procedure. I will tell my doctor that if they're going to schedule any of my procedures through this place they might as well not even bother. I will not trust my health care to your poorly trained poorly mannered staff. Do better.

I was very happy with the results of the procedure I had done here and highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. Doctor Erik Herman is a excellent doctor who has a wonderful bedside manner and took his time explaining to me exactly what he was going to be doing which really put me at ease. Once in the operating room the RN’S Patrick and Kimya both were so nice and patient with me. From the minute I walked in the front door and spoke to the receptionist Kelly, to Susan in pre-op and Tammy in recovery I was treated like a rock star. Plus I feel so much better. One thing that caught my eye was they had a Beautiful Easter Tree in the waiting room that really meant a lot to me.

I recently had a tubal reversal. The day before surgery someone called me and she was so sweet... the next day I arrived for my surgery and from the moment I was greeted at the door each and every staff member that I had contact with was absolutely wonderful!!!! I have never felt so comfortable and cared for after any surgery. Everyone was so sweet and kind and cared so much. I would recommend to everyone!

I recently took my mother here to have ankle surgery and this team is excellent! Everyone was so kind and patient. They were prepared and knew exactly what to do. They called to tell me surgery started, when it ended and when to be ready for pick up. The communication was fantastic! They had all teaching/education ready for my mother and I, they even called her a few times after surgery to check in on her. Very accommodating and professional staff. HIGHLY recommend!
