They gave less than 24 hours pre surgery instructions. They failed to give location and we were late to surgery. 5Ws are usually the standard. Immediately after parking, a blonde lady with glasses came out yelling at us to not park there which was labeled for that exact building. She never even asked us if we were coming into the building which led to an awkward visit. The room is entirely open and they ask and discuss your medical status in a public forum, clear violation of HIPAA. I knew of all visitors medical conditions, medications, and contact information. The restrooms are locked. Not very welcoming and comforting medical facility, to say the least.
We can't write a review because we can't reach anyone there to tell us if A. We need to be NPO or B. What time our surgery is scheduled. We have had to leave multiple voicemails over the past two days because no one answers the phone.
Worst place I have ever seen. First they have us show up at 1:30 now it is 4:30 and they have yet got take my wife back to surgery. The doc is not even here what a joke. I have never seen so many people that don’t know what is going on everyone says it’s not there job. What a joke this place is. Do not have anything done here ever go to the hospital
I was there for a procedure on 5/13/16 (yeh i know, Friday the 13th) where they look inside the bladder. I was treated with great respect. The folks from the front desk Ashley went the extra mile to set up my appointment a few days earlier, and then Maryanne, Patty, Joseph, and Michelle were the BEST and even tho this procedure is done with me awake, there was a great guy who knew I wanted to see what the doctor saw, so he ran to get the camera hooked up so I could watch. - Doc was amazing as well. This is the 2nd time I have been here for that procedure (which typically gives me big anxiety) and I was handled very professionally and I can't really find anything that I didn't like about them. Great Team work with me. thank you so much!! Completely grateful. Sue Obenauer
1st of all my IV was removed immediately upon waking prior to going to the restroom or anything. I was in pain and vomited but it was too late to give me anything since my IV was removed. That was my only issue with the actual procedure. My bill was huge and they originally billed the wrong insurance. Once that was corrected I made too large payments with my FSA and then was planning on making bills as I could. I received a very nastily written letter that I followed up with a phone call and a payment, which was only followed with threats to take me to court before another month was up.
