Like previous reviews, the doctors and nurses were excellent. The front desk was absolutely horrible. The lady with the long grey hair at the reception was completely disrespectful. When we had questions on billing she rolled her eyes and made faces, then turned around to make more facial expression to her coworkers while we were standing at the front desk. She is rude and shouldn’t have a job that requires her to work with people. We won’t be returning to this facility and are looking for alternate locations to have our surgery done.

I would like to thank all the staff, nurses at the surgical center. I had a couple of procedures and their care was above 5 stars. The Pre-Op nurses, Sue and Sue were so sweet and kind. My Post care was excellent although I probably was enjoying my sleep while they were working on me but once awake, I can also say they were great. Thank you Kris, Dawn, Hope, Nichole and Christina.

My son had a nasal surgery this week. I have to say the nurses were some of the sweetest most caring I have ever come across. Every one we encountered made our son and us so comfortable and loved. It was a breathe of fresh air. Thank you, thank you!

Had two separate outpatient procedures this week at this surgery center. Storm crammed everything together in one week. I can say nothing but great things about my care and the facility. Nurses were great, everything was explained to me and the doctors all came to see me first and then after to give me details. I recommend it…you will get great care.
