Outstanding treatment and care. Beginning with both Sarah and Mary who did my pro op over the phone prior to coming in. Nurse Melissa was so attentive and concerned with my every question. She calmed my nerves and made me comfortable. The facility was clean, welcoming and well run. The entire staff was respectful of all their patients. My nerve block was painless and worked fantastically. The doctor was informative and explained the entire process and never rushed through my questions. He made sure I made an informed decision. His name escapes me at the moment but he was great. Dr John Hand, my surgeon was amazing and I can’t thank him enough for making me feel well informed and relaxed. I will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a hand specialist. My departure nurse, Jaden made sure my son knew all post op care and was very gentle and attentive. If I forgot anyone else I’m sorry . You all rock in my book. Thank you all so much.

The woman on the phone has no heart. Very rude and unconcerned.telling me no surgery until you pay us $1500.00.. no payment plan. Then she transfers me to her so. Called boss. He hangs up on me. So if you want a don't give a damn surgery center. Be my guest. They suck

This was a great first surgery experience as someone who fears needles/surgery and will cry. Janie was amazing in my preop and helped me stay calm and happy. Post op tina was so kind helped with whatever I needed. Dr. Hand is a great surgeon/ doctor. Overall a really good center for surgery and great staff.

I could not have asked for better care, from entering the front door to going home a few hours later. The pre-op team made me feel nice, comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Glasser and the nurse anesthetist kept me calm right up to the point of me going under. Waking up while getting wheeled to post-op, the pain management provided was exceptional. They knew how I was going to feel and were prepared. I have had several surgeries through the years and this is my best experience, in quality of the facility, professionalism and compassion of the staff.
