I have been a patient of Dr.Le’s for many many years when he used to work out of that office with Dr. Freeman when I come in, I would like to be treated by someone who actually is concerned and wants to do their job. She told me every time I come I am problem, even got into it with me at the front desk and I told her don’t worry. I’ll talk to Dr. Le. Dr Le suggested that I call Cindy which I did. I do hope that you will address this matter thank you kindly. The staff in the back is incredible and does a fabulous job. The complaint is only about the front desk Amy.

Terrible experience! I completely wasted my time here with absolutely no attention or care from the staff. I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up waiting over 3 hours, and I’m still waiting! The lady at the reception is extremely rude and unhelpful, treating people as if she’s doing them a favor instead of doing her job. Honestly, this is one of the worst medical service experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time and your nerves, stay away from this place!

I have had a few procedures here and they are very professional. I will say Jennifer, The surgical coordinator, is the best I have ever dealt with. She's honest, down-to-earth, and reliable. When she says she will do or look into something.She does and I appreciate her.

I was treated today at West Park Surgery Center, and I was treated with Respect, Kindness, and Compassion which made me feel Relaxed and Appreciated. You have a Wonderful Team that works together, and I (We) would Highly Recommend anyone who needs treatment to first Check out Dr.Robert Guirguis at the Pain Relief Center in Pinellas Park because they have it “GOING ON “ at West Park Surgery Center 🙏👍😘

Listened to the guy at the reception desk be rude to an 80 year old women. Nurse staff in The back or waiting room were great. The guy in the recovery room ( belive he said his name was nevel or revel ) was absolutely terrible. Woke me up from anesthesia punding on my chest saying I need to leave that I was done here. Procedded to tell me to get dressed and get out of here even tho I told him I was still extremely woosey from the medication. I would honestly hate to have anyone treated this way after having surgery. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. My next review is going to be to the medical board. This guy should not be in patient care.
