Dr larkins needs to come back. I had my nerves burned in neck and felt it all. Its not like it use to be there. You should not be in more pain when your procedure is over. One dr done the wrong side on my neck and have issues that I didn't before. I like all the staff and doctors but more communication and writing on paper needs to be done so no more mistakes happen. Now I live with the pain in the good side.

I have had a couple of out-patient procedures here and would never go back. I try and schedule for Andrews or Gulf Breeze Hospital. Not only is it an uncomfortable atmosphere and the staff in front and surgical staff who get you ready are rude and uncaring. They never check up after a procedure like all other places I have been too, then they send you a letter stating they tried to call which is a lie. In 4 procedures there not once did they ever call the next day to check up on the patient. They also don't tell you about hidden cost and you wind up with an extra bill for a trial pain stimulator so I got hit with $6,500.00 which I was never told about. If you can avoid this place please do.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I WALKED OUT!! I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE A RUSHED DOCTOR PERFORMING MY OPERATION!! I was told to arrive 1-hr before appointment time with my driver. Our appointment time was for 2:40 and we arrived at 1:30. We patiently waited to be called. We finally were called at our appointment time to fill out paperwork and told the driver cannot leave or else our appointment would be cancelled. We waited another hour and decided to LEAVE! They give no updates!! They seem rushed!! I won't be back!!
