Overall great experience. From the front desk receptionist to the nurses post procedure. Everyone was incredibly kind and patient with me, I have extreme anxiety and was very nervous. I was talked through everything in detail and comforted when I became upset. Dr.Soued was also very sweet when he came in to get started. The only issue I had was post procedure being put in a bay area with only privacy sheets and not walls. I wasnt mentally prepared for the amount of people you are around afterwards but the nurses made sure I was covered. Highly recommend. Very efficient and clean facility.

Very efficient and professional. They took good care of me and kept me comfortable and safe. I was not very happy with the billing department which was contacted by my carrier and failed to note no co pays on my account. They were trying to bill me when I owed nothing. I showed them the voice mail from my carrier to prove it. The person in the office failed to note this on my account. Glad I had the voicemail!!

I had my procedure at the Endoscopy Center of Pensacola and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, every single person was kind, patient, and professional. The staff made me feel completely at ease even though I was nervous. They explained everything clearly, checked on me often, and treated me with genuine care. My nurse and doctor were amazing — efficient, reassuring, and very gentle throughout the process. The entire visit was smooth, organized, and faster than I expected. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the results. I truly appreciate how comfortable they made something that can feel stressful. Highly recommend this center and their wonderful team!

Everyone was very professional and the visit went smooth and fast from beginning to end. Everyone was very nice. I sit down to fill out the paperwork on the tablet they gave me and before I could finish they were already calling me back for my procedure, no wait time at all. From the front desk clerks to the nurses , Doctor, and anesthesiologist , they have their jobs down to a complete science. Whatever ya'll are doing , don't change a thing , because the whole system is working out great. Thanks to all for taking such great care of me, as that was my first colonoscopy. See ya in 5 years.

Overall Experience: Staff: The group was very patient and professional. Did a very good job in making the patients feel as comfortable as possible. Communication: Intake explained everything thoroughly and answered questions. Likelihood to Return: I would definitely go there again without hesitation. However, the draped preop patient seating area offered little privacy during inpatient questioning. Felt a little bit more like a medical factory assembly line rather than medical inpatient. Critique/Area for Improvement: Recovery Room: My only significant critique is regarding the recovery room discharge process. After I awoke in recovery, and while still very disoriented, I felt I was very quickly hurried out the door. As I was hurriedly placed in the car and still in the parking lot, I became ill. In retrospect, I definitely needed more time to recover. In the future, I would suggest that the patient be part of the decision-making process for discharge.
