My bad review is with the anesthesiologist, she was a hag and that is being polite! She was rude telling me that not using the patch is my fault if I feel bad coming out of anethesia, she had a "cocktail" she adds to make you feel a lot better when waking up and that was BS it was the worst wake up I ever had! She also pinched my lips between the bar and my teeth when trying to put the tube down my throat which she said I wouldn't have and must have scrapped my throat because day 3 and I still have a sore throat! I have always done my own research with anything I put in my body I don't do any type of medications not even OTC. When I was advised by the nurse and my own research that having vertigo that patch was not a good idea and she was very rude telling me that wasn't true, she doesn't know me and how I react to things. She needs to be replaced by someone that really knows the reactions of others! If I knew her name I would add it to this post. But thank you nurses over there including Ms. Ashley and Steven you guys were great!!

I had surgery on 7/17/24 with Dr. Patterson. The surgery center was clean. Front desk staff was knowledgable and able to answer all my questions. All the nurses were great and friendly. Great experience over all.

I had surgery on my ankle 6/24/22. This was my first surgery and I was a bit apprehensive. The staff at Cornerstone were amazing and made me feel at ease. The front desk lady (I can't recall her name) was the sweetest lady and so helpful. The RN's that took care of me, Steve and Evan, were amazing. They were both kind and attentative. Dr Nilssen was the best. I am so glad I was referred to him for this surgery. The anesthesiologist walked me through the process and made me feel better about being intubated. Everyone I encountered at Cornerstone were both professional and personable. They made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this facility for outpatient surgery. Thanks to all the staff for all you did for me.

This place is ridiculous and I'd give zero stars, if possible. Surgeries never start when they say they will. When they take you're loved one back, make sure you give your hugs and kisses then because you won't see them again until after surgery, as you are not allowed to go back with them(even when they are sitting back there for 4-5hrs waiting for their turn). The front desk is rude and instead of actually going in the back to find out information for you, they just say, they'll come and get you when they're done.

My Overall experience with my surgery there they did pretty good overall. The front desk clerk was nice and helped me very well, The RN Michelle was very good at explaining things politely, unfortunately my primary RN Devin had a poor attitude from the initial call to set up the surgery ongoing to the actual day of sugery she came off pretty rude. After surgery I stood and patiently waited to be escorted out she told me “Hey where are you going, you know who gets in trouble if you slip out of here unauthorized WE DO” I was fresh from surgery in a lot of pain I was only simply standing there waiting on my wife to pull up the car. My throat is quite sore from the breathing tube being inserted too far and I’m very sore hopefully I will have a speedy recovery I may request my surgeon to send me to different facility for any future procedures that he has to perform.
