THIS FACILITY IS A SCAM. A SCAM! Had two surgeries here. Doctor Seltzer and his crew were just amazingly perfect. The actual facility is run by a bunch of liars and scammers. I was overcharged by $1000 for absolutely no reason and when I told them that my insurance said that extra amount is not correct and should not be added they still charged me and when asking several times why for the second surgery is $1000 more the billing department and front desk they where saying, thats the amount and we dont have any answer for why it changed. This happened in February. Since them I am trying to get a refund and I was lied months by a lady from billing named April keep saying, next week, next week, for months. Then once when I called she is no longer there. But there is Jim, apparently the new manager as I was told. Which “is very busy and you are not the only one who has to deal with”, after calling for the last 3 weeks, every single time with the promise, he will return my call. Never happened. I also asked for a corporate contact who can help with this. No one has corporate contact. You should be ashamed by yourself and the doctors there are very unfortunate to do their surgeries in a facility extremely unprofessional and with a SCAM like practices.

Absolutely the worst Medical Center. The doctor I had was great, and the facilities are nice and clean, but you can't get a hold of anybody when you have questions, scheduling and things are nearly impossible to accomplish. But worst of all, they tell you one thing for your bill, and then you end up getting 17 different bills from 17 different entities for 17 different things, all for one procedure. And then, you call up to pay each one of these and wait for hours combined on the phone to deal with paying for it, only to receive more bills in the mail for the exact same things that you just paid two weeks before. There's no world in which a two week lag is not enough to update the system's to avoid sending duplicate bills for already paid items. The date on a statement I'm looking at right right now is 8 days after the date that the payment settled on my card. That means they printed this statement more than a week after it was already paid in full. This kind of nonsense stresses people out and ruins the entire experience. I was told ahead of time that my procedure, a very minor thing, would cost a total of around $1400 all in, and I've paid well over $2500 and I'm still getting duplicate bills in the mail.

Outsourced call center are the worst idea ever. Telephone service is inconsistent and lousy. As you can see other reviews are all over the place. Clearly the worst when it comes to functioning telephone , you cant reach anyone with correct knowledge level. Once you are in the facility, the staff are polite, helpful and truly professional. Emma, Jackie, every nurse, Dr. Mora and his team are great. Thank you.

my wife had surgery there on Dec 2nd.2024. The discharge nurse, Angie was rude and verbally abusive. She had hand surgery and was not able to put her long sleeve shirt on herself. Angie was angry that she had to help. In addition just handed her the discharge instructions with no explanation and did not help her finish dressing. She refused to let my wife go to the bathroom before taking her to the door and told my wife she could go to the bathroom at home. This is why I can't rate them beyond 2 stars. This is a sharp contrast to the nurse Emma and Dr. West who were both very nice.
