Absolutely the worst experience I've had in this type of facility. The check-in nurse never put on gloves, even when she started my I.V., and I even saw her drop something on the floor when starting another patient's and kept on using it after picking it up. They ran out of clean sheets and blankets while waiting for delivery. I laid there waiting for my procedure for 2 hours after the I.V. was started, while other patients were taken to my doctor for the same procedure. My doctor even checked on me because I was supposed to be his first patient as a diabetic. They said it was the doctors schedule, while the doctor said it was the facility's scheduling. I would NEVER acept this as the facility for any other procedures, and would STRONGLY caution anyone else as well.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding medical treatment but I did have a problem with the billing staff. I was told that I had a copay of over $1,000 for this visit. when I told them I had had multiple outpatient procedures at similar free-standing surgical centers and my copay was $250 I was told, "not at this facility". She was also very quick to try to offer to find me financing so I could pay the $1,000 copay but only when I told her I would need to cancel this procedure due to the co-pay did she offer to recheck the amount of my co-pay with my insurance company. Of course, when she did recheck with the insurance company, she found out that she was wrong and my copay was $250. I wonder how many people just go ahead and take her word for what they owe and overpay this facility.

Excellent staff! The place is clean and well run and staffed. I would not hesitate to go there for my next procedure. Had second procedure. The staff were still amazing. They treat you with such respect and care. It really is a shame other institutions don't follow their lead.

I delayed in my review so finally getting to it. My experience here was just the best! The registrar Laurie made it so easy and she was pretty funny. Pre-procedure nurse Natalie was awesome. OR procedure nurse Jannine fantastic! The procedure tech Rosalie amazing! Recovery room nurse Pattie was great!. And also Maria made it simple and easy and I didn’t worry about anything with anyone there. I can’t remember the anesthesiologist name, but he was great as well. Put me at ease. Had a great experience.

experience at the Surgical Center was Top Notch. The surgical Staff was Amazing especially Donna, she is a Super Star I would like Dr. Laux to be aware of her, she had me covered in care from the first moment to the last. Dr. Laux, I can't say enough about him, I could see he was So Laser focused on getting to the area needed to help my pain. He studied my chart with a Hawks eye, in the OR he took time to make sure he zeroed in on the area that needed treatment. He is Rock Star a Dr. who Really Cares about his patients, I'm blessed to have him as my Dr. Laux will be my Dr. as long as he'll have me. And of course you know how I feel about you Casey, you respond so quickly, helping with concerns, questions, I know you genuinely care about your patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Laux and his staff, 1 in a million.
