Horrible place . Don't waste your time going . My husband was told he may have cancer on his cornea and the doctor said she wanted him to go see another doctor on the second floor . Waited 2 hours and they told him he had to reschedule because insurance would not allow him to see 2 doctors in 1 day . So we tried to reschedule and they said no appointments until July ! Asked for doctor and they were gone . Very rushed place and if a doctor tells you they are concerned you have cancer and can’t help you this place is not the number 1 place in the country’. Very disappointed and angry .

They could not provide Insurance details which just made me worry. Everyone was great Except Dr. Basil Williams. Even though it was almost 3 hours total, and I had been waiting in the rooms for 1.5 hours, I could hear him laughing and chatting with a male patient that looked like him, in the next room. When I expressed reservations about anything serious going on with my eye, he was Not compassionate, got his look at the eye and said my nevus, which 1 in 10 N. blue-eyed people get, was 1 mm larger than the prior optometrists had measured. I will never go back. He does tons of biopsies, most don't turn out to be cancer ir problematic. Go to one of the other 2 Opthalmologists!

First I will compliment the doctors for doing such thorough care of my eyes vitreous gel separation and retinal tear. I received a text message yesterday that my appointment was canceled and rescheduled, and for me to call the office. There was no mention of what date and time that the appointment was changed to. I called the office today and had to wait for 8 minutes to talk to a person after listening to recordings and pressing buttons. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told my appointment was changed the following week at 8:15 in the morning. I live 50 minutes away...No one bothered to call me to see if I'm available on that day and to be there at that time!!!What is going on with this world that we do not have any customer service or proper patient services.!!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION.

Unacceptable wait times and lack of communication. We have been waiting over four hours and counting with no meaningful updates. No one will provide any information, and attempts to get answers have gone nowhere. I contacted the Patient Experience team and was promised a call back—which never happened. Many patients drive considerable distances to be seen here, making these excessive delays even more unreasonable. While the doctor may be excellent, poor scheduling and a complete lack of communication show a disregard for patients’ time and circumstances. This level of disorganization is unacceptable.

We had our appointment scheduled since July (4 months) and they didn't have a referral for this appointment which was frustrating. After sorting that out, we then had to wait another 20 minutes with only 1 other person waiting that wasn't even for the same area. After I spoke to someone about the wait, they conveniently were coming to get us. Our overall wait time to see the Doctor was over an hour and a half with just a handful of patients waiting in different sections of the room. This was disappointing.
