Took my father to see Dr. Rao a few weeks ago. I found the nursing staff to be very caring, making the experience as smooth as possible. One issue that came to my attention was that the lady at the sign in was very rude and completely disregarded my wife and my dad. The young gentleman, Matt, on the other hand, was extremely helpful and especially kind.

Matt deserves recognition for his role in interceding on our behalf in rescheduling my husband’s surgery when we received absolutely no assistance for over two weeks from Dr. Rao’s scheduler, Meagan. Thank you, Matt! Your efforts were greatly appreciated.

Terrible communication. Staff is nice when you are there - BUT you can't talk to a person on the phone. Several calls to the correct # for the surgery center and either disconnected, never answered, OR if I got through enough to leave a VM, no timely response. And today wasn't the only time. When I told my husband I was calling the surgery center to ask a post-op care question, he said "Good luck". THAT is unacceptable.
