The day before my surgery after calling and communicating for a month they spring a random bill of 1300 due the next day or can’t get procedure. They weren’t willing to do a payment plan as I had ask a month before if anything else was owed. The front desk girl was so incredibly rude

Just had surgery today and the care I received was top-notch! The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about my well-being. It never once felt like that “fake bedside manner” you sometimes run into many of us have experience at some point. It felt that everyone was sincere and kind. Big shoutout to my nurse, Alicia, she was the absolute highlight of my experience. From the moment she picked me up from the waiting area to the time I was rolled back for surgery, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She spoke to me like a real person, not in “doctor talk,” and had such a calm, down-to-earth vibe. You can tell she’s experienced and still truly loves what she does. Hearing her talk with her peers about the years of experience showed just how passionate she is about her work and has not allowed negative certain experiences jade her. Top 3 fave nurses ever and I have come into contact with more nurses than 3 people combined normally do in their lifetime. Thank you to everyone I interacted with today, from Nerit at registration to every medical team member who crossed my path. You all made me feel cared for, not just like another patient on the list. 🦶🏻🤘🏼 P.S I was not compensates or asked to make this review. We live in a world were we jump online to complain "in two shaked of a lambs tail" (as Alicia said today) but wont so the same to highlight the positive.

Fantastic experience here. Wonderful staff all of whom are welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained to me during every step of the process. Woke up after with a nurse ready and waiting. The facility is clean and small which is a great thing. Sometimes large hospitals can feel overwhelming and this place is just right. Happy to recommend.

Came in for a cyst removal and I had such a pleasant experience here. The staff were all so friendly and warm. My nurse was the sweetest and so informative. I felt more than prepared and comfortable.
