I have some concerns when people give this place bad reviews, I’m big on customer service & I went there today, everyone was beyond nice! Lexi was the best anesthesiologist I’ve ever had and made me feel safe. Rachel, Nancy, and Ana were all kind as well. Pretty much all staff my Dr Ramish included was great… Thanks again St Victor Family

Doctor was great, but staff are so scared of lawsuits! I talked with doctor and got clearance, but the nurse wouldn't let me leave and also disputed (basically called me a liar) the fact that I had talked to doctor! She wouldn't let me pee without her standing behind me so I waited until I was out of there and stopped at a restaurant! They need to realize that everyone reacts to anesthesia differently! It's not a black/white issue but one with much gray in between!!

My mom had a colonoscopy and we had a young ethic Asian nurse help her with getting her ready and answering her all the questions. She was so delightful. She helped it make it easy for my Mom to be okay with dealing with the procedure. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name. She also helped Ann getting her ready for to take her to the procedure room! Thank you!

Every staff member I met were exceptional! Very friendly, compassionate, understanding! My only complaint is that my procedure was scheduled for 10 am, but wasn't performed until almost noon. Other than that, I would highly recommend!

For a procedure NO ONE looks forward to having, Citrus ASC made the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. Everyone on the staff was upbeat, gentle, and caring. When Ashley realized I was cold she brought me a warm blanket - no need to ask! Overall excellent care from start to finish. I overheard other patients who were being very difficult and the staff still treated them with patience and kindness. You're in good hands here.
