The staff was nice and the facility was clean. They did a great job explaining the procedure and each step that they were doing. The procedure itself went smoothly. The problem is with billing. I paid $600+ the day of the procedure. A month later I received a different bill and a month after that I received another bill with a different amount. It was not explained at the facility that there would be additional costs besides the initial charge. I am not sure where these extra charges are coming from but they were definitely not explained.

The facility itself is clean. My doctor is great. However, I do not appreciate this facility taking a payment from me on the day of my colonoscopy for almost $400 as amount I have to pay and then getting another bill in the mail for double that amount as balance due. They told me the initial cost was my payment. After the procedure, i get an even bigger bill in the mail. Why didn't they tell me this in the first place? I'm so furious! Never going back there. I also called the billing dept to discuss. No one answers. I left messages. No one calls me back. Very unprofessional!

I’ve been through many doctors offices and this has been by far one of the worst offices. The staff is incompetent and rude. They won’t allow anyone to go back with the patient before the prep for a procedure, I’ve never seen that in my life. They emphasize though how you CANNOT leave the premises, which I understand but just the way they go about it after not letting you be with the patient. Nothing works here, the process of registration was beyond slow due to this. They hit you up with a bunch of BS charges the day of and then tell you that you’ll get charged more later as certain things aren’t included. Regardless there should be some sort of estimate of what you’ll be paying for an entire procedure before going in and not getting a surprise bill later. This place is the epitome of todays horrendous medical care system. I’d highly advise going somewhere else if you can. Just because it’s in Doctor Phillips, notorious for privileged rich people, doesn’t mean it’s a good facility. Stay away from here.

My experience at Lakeview was excellent. From appointment, to surgery the center was well organized, clean and pleasant. Each staff member I came in contact with today were so pleasant, professional and genuinely cared about my well being. Ms. Ariel is a wonderful nurse, she was very caring and kind, thank you for choosing the health profession, everyone deserves a nurse like you. Dr. Covelli, an absolutely jewel, very thorough and approachable. I was very comfortable under her care and appreciate the time and attention she took to explain the procedure and communicate my results. Thank you so much Lakeview Surgery, 10 Stars.

The staff are absolutely amazing! I have never seen a more organized, professional and caring group of people who act and talk like they absolutely love their jobs. The whole process made me feel comfortable and relaxed prior to my procedure. I will definitely make the hour drive again if needed.
