Very poor pre- op communication. I needed to talk to the pre- op center regarding health issues several weeks before surgery and left 4 messages that were never returned. Two days before surgery they call saying I need to have stopped a medication several days ago and that I needed clearance from two specialists. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment with a specialist within two days. They threatened me with canceling surgery if I didn’t get in to see the specialists. They need to greatly improve their communication.

I had surgery on my birthday due to Hurricane Milton, and everyone from the check in staff, to the nurses, to the doctors were so friendly and caring - it made me feel like a celebrity; They even got me a card for my birthday! Dr. Jeff Deren did my surgery and ever since, my elbow has had better range and has been pain free. Thank you everyone!
