I am extremely disappointed with how my 80-year-old father's colonoscopy was handled. The clinic canceled the procedure leaving a voice message at 2:30 pm the day before, (message that he didn’t receive until the following day ) due to an alleged missing insurance authorization, despite us having written approval 3 days ago. After waiting two and a half hours for them to call the insurance, we had to ask the receptionist ourselves—and the authorization was already confirmed. She had not informed us, showing she was not paying attention. Even after authorization, we continued to wait, with no one calling my father. This caused unnecessary stress and risked his health. The clinic must improve communication, verify insurance before canceling appointments, and treat elderly patients with the respect they deserve. We will also be sending a formal letter to Medicare regarding this negligence.

Just had a colonoscopy here. I've had many over the past 15 years and this has been particularly quick and easy. Excellent staff, nurses, and doctors. Came in at 9:20 and am leaving now at noon. Also convenient to have the procedure at the doctor's office instead of a hospital.

I was in and out of there so fast! They were great! Editing my original response. Yeah, they were quick, and the doctor and staff who were in the procedure room were cool. However, I'm currently having what seems to be a pretty extreme side effect of the procedure and they absolutely refuse to return any of my phone calls or pick up the phone. I have been calling for a week and a half and have left several messages and have gotten no response. I've never gotten such treatment with any doctor's office I've ever been to.

Dr Seela is a very knowledgeable physician with awesome bedside manner. His whole staff starting as I walked through the door took special care of me. Made me feel appreciated and the reason they were there. The reception, the signing forms person, the nurses, the anesthetist, the operating room nurses, the recovery nurses and the person that pushed me to my ride. Thank you so much for making my colonoscopy a positive experience that I won’t mind repeating in a few years. I’ll be back!
