How can you be closed on an appointment day? I had a scheduled appointment today but the office isn't accepting calls saying you're closed. Please help I'm sorry no stars for three is my health you're playing with and added stress.

I recently went to this clinic to have my colonoscopy done. I had such a bad experience that I will never be back1!! when i went to check in, the waiting area was hot as hell. the receptionist girl told me the AC was out. How yall gonna be open in the summer in florida with no AC?? then, they took me in the back to get me ready, the AC was working back there, and that was better. I'll admit, most of the staff back there was good. They was all friendly and joking around, made me feel better. shout out to my nurse alisha, she was super nice to me. Now, getting to the bad part. after my procedure was over, i was sleepin, then all of a sudden i felt somebody shakin me real hard telling me WAKE UP!! This lady myra was rude as hell. I already been goin through some stuff recently, so this was not the right way to come at me. she was tryna rush me to change and get out. THIS NURSE MYRA WAS THE WORST, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. i asked to speak to the manager, and this lady diana came to talk to me. I don't even know if she really was the manager. She just stood there all useless and was not helpful at all. this place is bad, and i feel bad for all the other patients that this nurse gets.
