I had my tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy done at the surgery center of Ocala. My pre-op nurses, Hannah and Dottie, were very kind, great at their jobs and made me feel at ease! My anesthesiologist was also very kind, I cannot remember his name. I had major anxiety before the surgery and they all made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Nadenik performed the surgery and did awesome. Everyone here is amazing!

I rarely post about businesses on here but in this case, I have to make an exception. I was originally scheduled for back surgery on April 18th. My insurance wouldn't cover the procedure so I was going to self-pay. Surgery Center of Ocala told me that they were going to charge me $2200 for their part. Unfortunately, my doctor broke his wrist 5 days before my scheduled surgery, so it was put on hold for 2 months. This week, TWO DAYS before my rescheduled surgery, Surgery Center of Ocala called me to let me know that their charge had increased to $14,400!! That's a 700% increase in 2 months for the SAME PROCEDURE!!! I tried to explain that it was self-pay and they said that they would discount it to $12,999...BIG DEAL!!! I asked them about honoring the rate they gave me in April and they said, "Too Bad". Fortunately, I am eligible for Medicare soon so I will have the surgery in September at another facility. I just want to warn anyone out there to STAY AWAY FROM SURGERY CENTER OF OCALA!! They do not care about patients or quality of care. They are not honest and do not honor their quotes and commitments.

This is the second time I used a surgery center. The first time in Naples FL and this time in Ocala. This was the most professional, competent, cleanest, and efficient facility. I would compare it to the best hospitals in the area, The staff is friendly, helpfull, and attentive to making your stay there as comfortable as possible. Great staff and clean modern facility exist there.

I recently had a total knee replacement at the Surgery Center of Ocala. We couldn't have asked for more pleasant experience. Now normally surgeries are not pleasant, but the folks at the Surgery Center of Ocala made it a lot easier. Special thanks to Alexis, Laureen and Maddie for making the experience much more comfortable with a special shout out to Dr Deen.

First off, I'm not too fond of surgeries like anyone else. It's always a risk with surgeries. Having an excellent staff to ease you through the transition was amazing. I had ACDF surgery on my neck after having my first car accident last year. The staff was excellent in helping me, and I appreciate their help during my time. If I rate you 1 out of 100, I will give you all 100. You all deserve a raise!!!!
