I had an Upper GI Endoscopy procedure on 1/6/26, this center is like a mini hospital, Impressed by its cleanliness and cheerful and caring staff. Nurse made sure I was comfortable and made sure I had enough blankets to stay warm. I highly recommend Dr. Bheema Singu and his highly trained staff. Yes!! I can't forget Bethanie (Nurse anesthetist) very friendly smile is the last this i saw before I went under lol... all went well.

My husband has had three procedures here and every single time he has had to wait for hours past his appointment time. It seems like they overbook the schedule and then get behind. If they respond to this review they will use the excuse unforeseen circumstances happened because that is their excuse for every other review stating the same thing. Do they really expect the patients to believe this, when it is a consistent pattern for them? If you do come here, book the first appointment of the day or you will sit here for hours waiting!

My husband had a colonoscopy scheduled for 2pm. We arrived at 130pm and were checked in. 2pm came and went. 3pm came and went. At 315 pm we inquired how much longer it would be and they couldn't give us an answer. 4pm they called him back. I'm sure the doctors are fine but all you're going to get us crappy reviews if you can't see your patients on time. This needs to be corrected immediately...a two and a half hour wait time is udderly ridiculous. Do better!!

Horrible is an understatement. We had a 3-hour wait for my diabetic husband. We come to Ocala yearly for my husband and I to do checkups, and this place is by far a joke, to say the least. The front desk older lady is rude. There was a lady with short, black, curly hair with glasses standing (in front of older desk lady) there talking about a patient named "Jim" with the sliding glass door wide open. Paperwork is a mess, all over the place. They seemed to have mixed up the patient in front of me's paperwork with someone else's. The waiting room has an odor, and the bathroom is a mess. The doctor I see there is great. I wish this isn't where he brings his patients. Save yourself the wait and aggravation and go elsewhere!
