The receptionist Amy is rude... Under minds every patient she deals with. I was there for over 3 hours and every patient that had a question she answered to them like if the were stupid and with a smirk on her face. In addition, the procedure I went for and I've had done before it has always been performed with out a "relaxer" and it used to be done at the Dr's. Office. This time they made me take the gas to "relax" I didn't want to but they told me I had to because it was a surgical building. Of course that was a $99 charge upfront out of pocket not covered by insurance. I don't see the need for a relaxer when it did nothing for me, on the contrary left me feeling awful, like numb, nauseous and head ache. They are just using every tool they can to make more money.
