Excellent Facility and the Staff as well as Dr Brown are wonderful, professional and very kind! They treat patients with Top Care ❤️ five Star all the way.
I can't say enough good things about the staff at this Center. From entry to exit everyone is very friendly and caring. Nursing staff, nurse anesthetist, and Dr. Pastorini all make sure there are no issues before starting procedure.
Let’s face it… NOBODY wants to get a colonoscopy, but this office and its entire staff made an unpleasant experience as positive as possible. The front check-in was seamless and quick, if you print out your paperwork and complete it in advance. Arlene took me back promptly and Sandra was the RN that stayed with me during the procedure. I felt very safe, well informed, and comfortable throughout the entire procedure, which was complete in about 30 minutes. Dr. Pastorini was professional, friendly, and thorough- I appreciated her not leaving me waiting for a long time to discuss the findings, which can be very unnerving. I live about an hour and a half away, but will return back every time I need to have this procedure, and genuinely hope I have this same exact staff to put my mind at ease. Thank you for the prayers (Sandy), compassion, and exceptional care.
Wonderful wonderful experience getting a colonoscopy! The entire staff from reception to nurses to Dr Ramallah were exceptional!! This was my first colonoscopy and dreaded it for years but I’m here to say it wasn’t bad at all. There were no surprises with billing as someone else mentioned….it is all explained in patient paperwork and on their website. Thank you!
The staff and nurses were great; however I felt rushed to get out after my colonoscopy. This is my 6th colonoscopy and I was used to waking up with a warm blanket and offered juice. I was never walked out to my transportation. I was just told to go back to the waiting room. I guess I could have driven home and they wouldn't have noticed!
