I cannot say enough about the compassionate team and care at this facility. Everyone made me feel like I was their only focus while I could see a room full of patients. Every step was explained in detail and they answered every question with kindness. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone that needs the services they offer.

Everyone I came in contact with at Seaside Surgery Center is superb. From the front desk Audrey, to the pre-op nurses Bonnie (hands down great sense of humor) and Vivian, the CRNA David, to Christy OR RN to Rebecca, PACU RN and of course Dr. Jenny Adams who is just so empathetic, professional and an amazing physician. It was a pleasure meeting all of you and thank you for providing exceptional and compassionate care. This is how healthcare should be. Congrats! :)

Came in for a total hip replacement, Dr.Elstead was awesome, took time to come out after the procedure to discuss the procedure, answering all my questions.. the only downfall was coming in at 1145 and because the surgeon before his appointed time was delayed, it caused the surgery to be delayed up over a couple hours which caused some anxiety, especially being a Friday and the pain medication which was sent to the pharmacy after 7pm almost closed before we could pick it up.. but at least the staff was great... Rebecca in the front office was awesome, so friendly answering all my questions and customer service was A+ thank you Rebecca.. *** also if I could recommend anything .. Don't do your surgery on a Friday for over the weekend we had issues related to the procedure on Saturday night and though we left a message with the "after-hours" call center we never had a callback and we were not called back until Monday afternoon.. we almost had to go to the ER so that wasn't so great.. in general this is a good place to go for your orthopedic needs.

Yesterday I had a total hip replacement at Seaside Surgery Center. I am very glad my surgeon, Dr. Biggs, presented this as an option rather than one of our local hospitals. Every person I interacted with treated me with respect and kindness. They were gentle, professional, and efficient. This inspired confidence. The facility is bright, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend Seaside to anyone.
