CFS is a well organized team of competent and well trained technicians and doctors who also treat patients with respect. The team is both thorough and quick in gathering information from patients and measurement devices. I felt that I had a solid eye exam and a well documented report.
It was a great visit to have my eyes checked out. Text were great very helpful. Very good explaining and Doctor was excellent. Very good at explaining what he saw what to do to correct it I recommend anyone to go here
I’m only in this area for a few months every winter and I always make an appointment to have my eye pressure checked. I appreciate the quick response for scheduling, the friendly staff and the thorough exam and care. Dr. Carter explains things very clearly. It’s good to know there’s good care available when I’m away from home.
I went to the doctor earlier that afternoon for a painful eye condition and reasonably expected my prescription to be ready soon. I understand offices get busy, which is why I waited and went to the pharmacy about 3 hours later. The pharmacy told me they never received the prescription at all. When I called the office to politely ask for it to be sent, I received no help from the receptionist. You can tell when someone is willing to help , in this case, she clearly was not and because it was close to closing time, she could not assure me it would be sent that day. Of course, when you are in pain, how you are treated and how the situation is handled matters. The lack of understanding and the way this was handled was frustrating and upsetting, but I never raised my voice or yelled. Despite this, the receptionist raised her voice, threatened to hang up, and behaved unprofessionally. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then the call was hung up on me. I later requested to speak only with the doctor coordinator and asked for the issue to be escalated. More than a month later, I have received no follow-up, no calls, and no resolution, even though they have my phone number on file. Very disappointing experience and concerning lack of patient care and accountability.
Very disappointed in customer service and information provided to me! I went in for a consultation in March 2025 due to timing, we decided with Center for Sight to come in November to begin cataract surgery for both eyes. Called in early Oct and made appointment for surgery on November 24th. It was very clear that this appointment was for surgery. I called a week before to confirm everything and was told the appointment was for measurement not surgery. Okay, I can live with that - I travel extensively for work, had a arranged my schedule and had stopped wearing my contacts. Today, Friday, November 21st I received a text that Center for Sight was unable to reach me - strange as I have not received a call, email or text from them. I called to be told by Courtney - that Monday's appointment was not needed since I already did the consultation (and paid for it). They need to do eye measurements and the first available appointment is Dec 11th. I really liked Dr Berlie and have heard great things about him. He came highly recommended by a friend but clearly the office has no idea what is going on and probably best that I another place that can get scheduling correct. Again, very disappointing!
