I could not be happier with the results of my recent cataract surgeries. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Weppelman for his outstanding surgical skills, communication, bedside manners, kindness, patience - you name it. He is just all around excellent! Thanks to Dr Lange from Lange Institute, whom I also recommend, for sending me his way. Very good experience throughout! Im over the moon with my new eyes.

In general I was quite pleased. But, the nurses that tried to insert an IV need additional training. The first nurse tried 3 different locations without luck. The nurse that worked with her tried twice, the first ending in a blowout. Finally they got a nurse who knew what she was doing and was successful on the first try. It’s been 11 days since my procedure and I’m still wearing bruise marks on both arms.

As before, the place kind of lived up to its gold standard in my eyes. I did not have to wait very long in the waiting room. That is very important to me. And throughout every section of the eye test and exam, I did not have to wait long. I saw Dr. Misch, new doctor to the group. I just really loved her. She was very open to the things I said. I enjoyed the exam portion with Dr. Misch. I asked for her next time, too. Once again, I was happy with the whole experience.

Terrible negligent office. My grandmother had a severe condition, and while the doctor himself was wonderful, the office has not sent over the referral paperwork for my grandmother and it has been over a month. Not only that but we have called three times and confirmed three times they were sent, only to hear from the other office they weren’t sent. Not only that, the operator on the phone told us my nearly blind grandmother who is in pain daily had to come in sign some papers, only to get there and hear that was just a lie. These people should be sued for malpractice, incompetent and the people they have on the phones sound incredibly uneducated and rude.
