I have had 2 surgeries at this center so far and have received attentive care from staff especially La China. She’s amazing, going above and beyond in preping me for surgery, accommodating not just me but my wife and ensuring we understood how my shoulder would feel post-op, medications, and best steps for recovery.

Dr. David Font-Rodriguez, Shenell, Margaret & Mari I’m so sorry for not getting this to you sooner—better late than never, right? Thank you so much, not just to you but to the entire surgical team. You turned my nightmare scenario into a walk in the park—a park by the ocean with beautiful, fragrant flowers everywhere! You made me feel so comfortable, my family felt welcome and at ease, and I know you do these procedures all the time, but to me, it was a huge ordeal. So, thanks again, and I wish you a very merry Christmas to you and your families, and a happy new year! Mark McDonald

I’m a person to not put any bad review in anyone business. But on the last Friday 23/19/2025. I have the worst experience in my life with Doctor Cesa Ceballos. Supposed I have a surgery 9:00am on my right shoulder. By 12:00am the day before I stop drinking and eat. I get on his officer 8:30am and the ladie on the front desk give me a brace. The hours passed and is 12:30pm I’m still on the front desk waiting for the surgery with out food and water. When I ask about it they still not no nothing and the doctor get out and ask me to leave of the officer. Completely unprofessional. And I’m very disappointed! Very incomprehensible! And no one call me to even give me sorry! Unbelievable

Kind staff and clean place. However... 1) They did NOT build this place for efficient parking. SOMETHING has to be done about the horrendous parking lol. Even the valet seems to be having a hard time finding where to park cars in a way where other cars can still come in/pass through/exit. It's insane. 2) My dad had his surgery scheduled for 8AM. We live in Homestead, so I had to wake up at 4:30AM, leave by 6:30AM to arrive by 7:30AM. We walk in, check in, etc... and he doesn't end up getting his surgery til 11:50AM. There's several other reviews here complaining about the same thing. Honestly, I think staff or whoever should CALL people to check-in before their surgery. For example, call my dad at 8AM to confirm whether he'll be available for his surgery, then call again later to either give him a time frame of when to arrive to minimize wait time, or an hour or two in advance to ensure he arrives on-time. Idk if my wording makes sense, but to summarize, waking up at an ungodly hour just to check in by 8AM and wait almost 4 hours (as in, "hurry up and wait or we'll charge you for being late/a no-show") is unacceptable. Please please please find a way to make this a bit more efficient for the patients so we're not sitting here for 4+ hours!
