Dr. Andrade was excellent and meticulous. The facilities are basic very cramped .The staff is competent but robotic. I’ve had these procedures before and have been treated in a more humane, pleasant way. Usually one is offered juice, crackers or least water. Not here. You’re escorted out the door barely able to walk. NO PARKING. Surprisingly timely but rushed. Forget HEPA very loud and open with personal information, DOB, SSN and other details. Could very well be heard by all in waiting area. Drive-thu, rushed and loud. I DO NOT recommend this surgery center. Will inform my insurance Co. about my bad experience.

If you're going for any kind of gastro procedure, there is no place for you to park at the facility. That's what I was told. No parking if you're having a gastro procedure like a colonoscopy or endoscopy. If you're having this type of procedure, you don't really matter to them as far as parking goes. This is truly drive-thru medical procedures (tuck 'n roll). A surgery center should hold themselves to higher standards. Whoever is picking you up will not be able to come in to the building except for a few minutes. When I asked the parking attendant where I could park while I was waiting for my husband, he did not know. He just shrugged his shoulders and told me, with somewhat of a smirk on his face, to just find somewhere, but he did not know where and did not even have any recommendations for where I might be able to park while I wait for my husband to have a medical procedure that his insurance company is paying good money for. I've never been to a surgical center where there is no parking. If you park across the street, you better drive a Smart Car because the spaces are so tiny they will not even fit a compact car. If you drive a larger vehicle like a truck, you should find a place where there are bigger spaces, and make sure you stay with your vehicle, or you will probably be towed or ticketed. If a surgical center or a hospital cannot provide parking for the person who is the designated driver, due to the patient still being groggy from anesthesia, then they should move to a bigger facility to accommodate the patients whose insurance is paying good money to them to have the procedure(s). I'm sure the in-n-out, drive-thru surgical center is not hurting for money. They could do better by moving their facility to a building that will accommodate their patients' needs.

I just brought my mom here for a colonoscopy and I am beyond frustrated. There is NO parking available for patients or family members. Not even street parking! I had to circle around endlessly trying to find a place to leave my car, which is the last thing you want to deal with when someone is going in for a medical procedure. For a medical center, this is completely unacceptable. Patients—especially elderly ones or those coming in for procedures—should not have to deal with this level of stress just to get inside the building. They seriously need to address the parking situation or at least provide clear guidance or alternatives. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this location until they fix this issue.

Had a procedure done there and am very happy with the staff, they were all friendly and most of all professional. I got a call the next to follow up on my well being. If I could give them more stars I would. Thank you
